While condemning the news item published in The Morung Express on the 10th of March 2006 under the caption, ‘Open Letter to the Chief Secretary and the Governor’, we the officers and the staff of the Animal Husbandry Nagaland Civil Secretariat who are working directly under our Secretary Imkonglemba IAS express our solidarity by testifying the factual experience of our association with him, ever since, he has joined in the department.
In contrary to the irresponsible item published in a local daily, it is true beyond doubt that Imkonglemba IAS is an exemplary officer with whom we have ever worked/associated with.
In fact he is one of the most dynamic, efficient, impartial, dedicated and selfless officer who always uphold the work culture in heralding various innovative developmental activities keeping in view the welfare and in the larger interest of the people. Indeed, he is one of the rare gem amongst the personalities of the officers today and we proudly say that Nagas are very fortunate to have an officer like him.
Hence, the wild allegations leveled against him is baseless with no truth and we condemn the contents of the article published in the strongest term as it was authored by some vested interest to tarnish the reputed image of the officers personality. Such cheap publication does no good but sow the seeds of discord.
