Remembering You Dad

M . Veronica Chishi Sanglir

Dear Dad it's been three years since you have gone yet the feeling does not seem to sink in that you are not in our midst anymore. I still feel your presence in our lives and yet the reality or the harsh truth is you are just a memory now and alas it is just Remembering you dad   All the funny stories that you tell us, still rings fresh in my ears. The warmth and love you bestow on us with no strings attached makes you different. You taught us to be bold and take life as it comes in a World that is cold and cruel. A carefree soul you were. I miss you dad and all I can do is Remembering you dad   Times flies by and I still can't believe three years have passed by but the memory of you are still fresh and never fading . Family gathering are incomplete without you. You gave so much more than you realized and as I look back am thankful to God for giving us a good dad and person and all I do now is Remembering you dad   Remembering you dad for the person you were. You gave selflessly and we are grateful, thankful and blessed to be your children. You were indeed a lovely man and am thankful for all the memories you left behind - the good, the bad and the ugly...   Fondly remembering you dad on your third anniversary.   Dear Dr. Mahapatra we miss you...
