In remembrance of the 74th Naga National Council Foundation Day of 2nd February 2020, I on behalf of the NNC (Parent Body) in prayer to our living God wish all the Naga people across the length and breadth of the inhabited land of the Nagas.
I salute all the leaders who formed this political institution with clear political vision for freedom of the Naga people as a whole. The present day Naga people must remember the pioneers of Naga leaders who formed the Naga National Council, the political institution of the Naga people as a whole for freedom of Naga inhabited areas.
In fact, the Naga leaders and people of Naga Hills Excluded area from British India called 1935 Act had established this very Institution for freedom of Nagas as a people and nation.
The Naga people under this political institution had laid and proclaimed all the political right and foundation of Nagas as a Sovereign Independent Nation in this part of the world.
And nobody can deny or erase the political foundation of the Naga people for freedom. Therefore, let us unite and stand together to achieve our freedom as a people and nation. Kuknalim
