Kohima, April 20 (MExN): The Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) has directed all the concerned business establishments/institutions within KMC jurisdiction to renew their Trade Licence for the year 2026-2027 on or before April 30, 2026. Intensive trade licence inspection will be conducted by KMC from May 1, 2026 onwards and defaulters will be imposed Rs 2000 as penalty along with other normal late fines as applicable, according to a release issued by KMC Chief Executive Officer Alemyapang Longchar.
