The Nagas are in dire need of change because we have already suffered a lot in the hands of evil activists in the past three decades. For change, we need to introspect into the past mistakes and misdeeds and reform ourselves for a better life and succeed in our cherish goal. Unless we realize, repent from our past misdeeds or reject outright the mischievous leaders, we cannot expect any change to happen in our land. Burma has stepped into a changed situation because its people had outrageously rejected the dictatorial rule of Military regime by a vote of landslide majority in November 2015 election.
We are all Christians and believe that from the beginning God our Lord has been leading and protecting our nation. In the beginning of our struggle there was only the NNC and God who was leading the Naga nation through the leadership of the NNC. But some of our leaders went astray from the path God was leading and led the nation into a bloody path. None of the prophetic words that emanated from the Holy Spirit was accepted by them. And this is how the prophetic words had been fulfilled is the years that followed.
In September 1974, the Naga Army first batch under the leadership of Th. Muivah, NNC General Secretary and Army Commander Lt. Col. Pamre Tangkhul were sent from Ighanumi Headquarters in Sema Region. And the second batch was sent in November 1974 under the leadership of Isak Swu the then Chaplee Kilonser (Finance Minister) with Col. Vedai Moire Chakhesang as Military Commander.
When the second batch started from the Camp, the word of God came through His servant saying: “All of you should obey me and keep my words, and strictly follow as I Command you. If you do not obey me, even misunderstanding will happen among the national workers and they will quarrel against each other. And there many lives will be lost which would even be much more than what you have lost in the hands of your enemy. Therefore, be careful”.
These prophetic words had been fulfilled, since Muivah and Isak defected from the NNC/FGN and formed so-called socialist government in 1980 and then started killings their own Nagas. They killed top Naga national leaders, top Naga Army officers, national workers and many people who refused to support the NSCN. According to R.N. Ravi’s report of July 2014, the NSCN fought against their own fellow Nagas 4125 times from 1980 to 2013 and killed 2740 of their own people. In his list, the more than one thousand Nagas who were killed in Eastern Nagaland was not included. Mr. Ravi explicitly mentioned that even during the ceasefire period from 1997 to 2013, they had killed more than 1800 Nagas in more than 3000 clashes with their own fellow Nagas. Can anyone then consider that they are fighting for the Nagas?
In 1975, when the Indian Army of more than five Divisions started heavy operation against the Naga nation, the words of God was revealed to Chaplain Thehü, Naga Army Chaplain saying: “I am bringing peace to the Nagas soon so that they would celebrate the Christmas of 1975 peacefully with their family members and parents.” This was fulfilled when the Shillong Accord was signed and restored peace once again in Nagaland.
After signing the Shillong Accord, the words of God was revealed once again through Naga Army Head Chaplain Vephi Dozo saying;
“I don't want bloodshed between Indians and Nagas, so I brought peace to Nagaland in order to solve the Indo-Naga conflict through peaceful means. The Government of India will apply her cunning policies against the Nagas so as to make you Nagas to commit mistake on your own accord in your national affairs. You should have peace with India, but do not accept the constitution of India, because if you once accept it, you will be bound by the law of India. The Shillong Accord was not the outcome of human wisdom, but I (Almighty) had done it before it was signed.” And God further said, “See your Yehzabo Article 143 and 144 and issue a statement”.
Restoration of peace in Nagaland was the fulfillment of the words of God and we having many factions are also its fulfillments. The NSCN leaders have no political vision. Their first objective was to achieve Naga independent by armed might, secondly to talk with GoI for autonomous state based on Suisa’s proposal. This led to split NSCN into two factions. Thirdly, they proceeded to internationalize the Indo-Naga case and joined the UNPO (Unrepresented People and Nations Organization). Fourthly, they have peace with India, then came back to India and started political negotiation for greater autonomy and integration. Fifthly, they went for alternative arrangement. Sixthly, they went for Supra state status and then Pan Naga status and now seventhly, for a Shared Sovereignty arrangement with India. This is a mad political game which will bring shame to the Naga nation.
Even then, they are saying, “People without orientation is like a ship without a rudder” (Quoted NSCN-IM statement Dec. 27, 2015). The above quoted NSCN IM statement is ironically a befitting description themselves because they have no straight forward guiding policy. Their works showed that they have no political vision and they are committing a terrible mistake in the Naga national affairs. All these events are but fulfillment of the prophetic words which had warned the Nagas that India will play politic to make the Nagas commit a mistake on their own national affairs.
The Naga leaders who had political vision formed the Naga National Council in 1946 and declared the age-old Independence of Nagaland to the outside world on 14th August 1947 and also conducted the Naga national Plebiscite on May 16, 1951 and affirmed the declaration of Independence by 99.9% of Naga people. With all these political actions behind them, the Nagas had spoken with one voice for only one issue which was to remain independent as in ancient times. But the NSCN-IM has many issues such as indigenous issue, autonomy state, greater Nagaland, integration, alternative arrangement, supra state, shared sovereignty and so on.
In September 17, 1977, the word of God was revealed to His servant saying; “The Naga leaders who contemplate to achieve the Nagas national goal by their own wisdom and power will destroy the Naga nation. This will become fulfilled when Muivah and Isak attempt to achieve the Naga national goal by their own wisdom and with the power of guns. Therefore, at this hour, we should all stand by our forefathers stand for one voice and for one issue only.
In 1984, the word of God was revealed to an NSCN women and a boy by the name of Kummo from Chanlam village saying; “Stop fighting against the Nagas and reunite with the NNC. If you do not obey me, the NSCN will be broken into factions and more killings among you will happen and more Naga lives will be lost. This has been exactly fulfilled.
When we scrutinize the Shillong Accord, we see God’s hand delivering Nagaland from the hands of enemy when the enemy had heavily besieged Nagaland. If there was no hand of God how can the accord become null and void in itself? By the signing of the Accord the enemy’s operation came to a halt and the nation was saved. But mischievous leaders who are now factional leaders used the accord to justify their evil intentions. Even after 40 years of the Accord, the joint Council of NSCM-IM stated on 27th Dec. 2015, that’ The Nagas were placed in a perilous situation when NNC had failed to uphold the national trust by signing the infamous Shillong Accord in 1975.” Indeed by the signing of the accord, the periled lives of Nagas were saved. But the NSCN created a perilous situation in Nagaland after God our Lord brought peace to Nagaland. As a result, they have killed many Nagas which is more than what the Indian Army had killed after the Shillong Accord.
The NSCN-IM will never admit to the killing of thousands of their own people. Telling lies and bringing false accusations are sins in the sight of God and against the Naga nation. Can we believe that God will lead such mischievous people to build the Naga nation? We know from the Bible that God did not allow King David to build His temple because he killed thousands of man.
This time too, the words of Holy Spirit have revealed on 8th September 2015 to the Shisha Hoho prayer group that “The recently signed Framework Agreement will not lead to peace, but will lead to bloodshed. If Nagas accept this Framework, God will cut down the big trees and the Oak trees (meaning big leaders) of the Nagas. Shillong Accord was meant to bring peace, but it became a stumbling block for the Nagas. God’s eyes are always upon the Nagas, but the Naga people have gone mad. God is pure and for this reason, God is urging the Nagas to stand in the name of God and to follow Him”.
It is no doubt; they will truly kill many Nagas again if they implement the framework agreement like they have killed nearly two thousand Nagas after they reached the so-called ceasefire agreement with Indian Army.
As the Holy Spirit said, the framework agreement will not bring peace, and also it won’t be a solution for the Nagas. Shared Sovereignty has no meaning for the Nagas. India cannot share its sovereignty with China or Burma, so also the Nagas cannot. Let no Nagas be deceived by the NSCN-IM any more but let us stand firm in the name God our Lord and speak in one voice for one issue only.
