Dimapur, June 22 (MExN):Department of Fisheries, Kohima, Nagaland is contemplating to sell Fresh Doyang fish at P.R. Hill Junction and High School Junction on June 23 from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm.
It may be stated that the Department has authorised the Changtongya Students Union, Kohima to sell the fishes at Kohima in order to encourage and motivate the public/businessmen/educated unemployed about the business opportunities in the field of fisheries.
It may also be stated that the Department will also be selling the Doyang fish at the newly inaugurated Retail Fish Market Outlet at Half Nagarjan, Dimapur on the same day i.e. 23th June, 2011 from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fishes are all above 1.5 kgs body weight and are very fresh and healthy. It is informed to the general public to avail this great opportunity as fresh Doyang fishes are not easily available in Kohima and Dimapur districts except Wokha district.
