Sazolie College celebrates 2nd Graduation Day

Sazolie College today celebrated its 2nd Graduation Day at Vineizono Hall for the graduating students of 2025 under Nagaland University.
Sazolie College Principal Dr Gopal Chetri shared his immense pride and joy for them highlighting the relentless efforts of the students. He encouraged them to be become responsible citizen, upholding their values and integrity.

Dr David Sechü, HoD, Department of Political Science presented the academic report highlighting the college’s achievements in the recently declared Nagaland University result.

Department of History and Archaeology achieved 82.23 pass percentage with 4 students ranked in the Nagaland  University toppers list. Department of Political Science achieved 81.48 pass percentage with 5 students ranked in the Nagaland University toppers list.

In the academic awards, Torila ( History ranked 2nd- CGPA 7.56), Throngkhum Yimchunger (History,  ranked 6th – CGPA 7.19), Sipong Chingmak (History, ranked 9th with CGPA -6.94),  Suvikhru Rume (History, ranked 9th -CGPA 6.94), Chulam Phom (Political Science, ranked 2nd with CGPA 8.19), Bendangnungla Longkumer (Political Science, ranked 5th with CGPA 7.69), Petekhrieno Viyie ( Political Science, ranked 6th with CGPA  7.56), Neikethonuo Liezietsu (Political Science, ranked 7th with CGPA 7.50) and Beseno Kiso(Political science, ranked 10 with CGPA 7.31) were awarded the Management Toppers Award.

Chulam Phom from the Department of Political Science, ranked 2nd with CGPA of 8.19 received the Mavericks Academic Excellence Award.
The Commencement Speaker, Dr Gomesh Mosahary, Principal Sazolie College of Teacher Education, exhorted the students to live a life of integrity with moral values as they venture into a competitive world.

He further encouraged the students to embrace the challenges  with courage and a positive mindset, whilst living and exemplary life.
Valedictory speech was given by Chulam Phom. The programme was led by Dziesesanuo Dzüvichü, Asst Prof, Dept of Political Science.
