MOKOKCHUNG, APRIL 15 (DIPR): Former Maharashtra Governor and former Chief Minister, S.C Jamir today the 15th April 2011 filed his nomination papers as Indian National congress candidate for Bye-election to 26-Aonglenden Assembly constituency in Mokokchung district which is scheduled to be held on the 7th may 2011. Accompanied by high ranking party leaders, congress legislators and his supporters, Jamir filed his nomination papers before the Returning Officer, Lithrongla G. Chishi at Mokokchung Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall at 11 am. After filing nomination papers, the Returning Officer administered oath to S.C Jamir as a candidate for bye-election to the Nagaland Legislative Assembly.
