Kohima, April 7 (MExN): A retirement programme was held at SCERT Kohima to honour Director Kevirale-u Kerhuo, who retired on March 31 after 33 years of service.
The programme was attended by Commissioner and Secretary Kevileno Angami, Mission Director Samagra Shiksha L Jamithung Lotha, Chairperson NBSE Rangumbuing Nsarangbe, along with officials from the Department of School Education, DIET principals, association members, and staff.
Speakers highlighted her contributions to academic development, teacher education, and institutional growth during her tenure.
In her address, Kerhuo expressed gratitude to colleagues and encouraged continued dedication towards the department.
The programme concluded with the presentation of mementos in recognition of her service.
