Screenplay writing training for ST participants residing in Nagaland

Kohima, November 4 (MExN): Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) in collaboration with the Department of IPR will conduct training in screenplay writing for ST participants residing in Nagaland from November 14 to 24 (10 days). 

The training is being imparted free of cost as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration which will be conducted offline at the Directorate of Information & Public Relations, Kohima, stated a DIPR report. 

“Participants should belong to Scheduled Tribe and should be 18 years and above. There will be no course fee. However, participants are required to pay Rs 500 at the time of registration,” it stated. 

The course director will be Prof Sudipto, who has been working in the Film and Television industry for over 20 years. He is currently a Senior Faculty, Direction Department at Whistling Woods International, Mumbai. 

The last date of submission is on November 12. Certificates will be issued by FTII upon successful completion of the course. No TA and DA will be provided.
