Kohima, April 1 (MExN): The Nagaland Legislative Assembly Secretariat has issued a notification revising the nomenclature of the Appellate Authority under the Right to Information framework. According to the notification, issued in continuation of an earlier order dated September 16, 2022, and in pursuance of Sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Right to Information Act, 2005, the designation “Secretary-In-Charge” shall henceforth be read as “Secretary”. The change has come into effect immediately, the notification stated.
