While making a reiteration in connection with the above which appeared in N/Post on 28/06/06 that no Naga lives on others land or in other words, Nagas live in their own land. Dziiko lies in the land of some particular Nagas. It is quite strange and unexpected that how the MLA Thekho had urged and invited a Meitei Ibobi Singh for neutralization of Dziiko boundary dispute where Meities are blind, deaf and dumb in this matter. It seems likened to Sri Thekho MLA is organizing an essay or debate competition in Nagamese language for the Nagas and appointed Mr. O.Ibobi Singh CM of Manipur, a non Nagamese speaking person as examiner or speaker.
Still I can remember the words of his Excellency, Lt.General V.K. Nayar Rtd., former Governor of Nagaland and Manipur during 1995 -96 while discussing with the Public leaders in connection with Dziiko boundary dispute, He started, “ You fool, who brought this subject ? The President of India, the PM of India and the Governor, i.e, I myself cannot solve this issue, you go back to the villages and ask the elders about that history and they will tell you the story which passes through their forefathers and that is the correct story and they will solve the problem and if I go also I’ll insist on it. Can anyone of you say and solve the boundaries of Madras and Kerala or Jammu & Kashmir? So it is only you the indigenous people to solve this issue”. I took what General V.K.Nayar said is right. When any confusion raised, political colours stood afar and watch from distance and add petrol into a tiny spark so as to burnt bigger and louder while traditional stream penetrates, come closer, control of the situation and solve the problem. So traditional boundary should not be mix with political boundary, for political (state imposed) boundary is a prostitute boundary and as such SAPO clarification is highly obligatory.
