It was indeed heartening to see the Naga brethren from all walks of life come out in full strength and unparalleled enthusiasm for the Naga Integration Rally in the 4 Hill Districts of Manipur, namely – Chamdil (Chandel), Tahamzam (Senapati), Lenglong (Tamenglong) and Hunphun (Ukhrul). The farmers (notwithstanding the fact that this is the paddy planting time), the school principals along with their respective students, traders and businessmen, government employees, etc. all joined the rally to show their solidarity and affirm their unflinching support to the Collective Leadership, Naga Integration Movement and the Indo-Naga Peace Process. It was also encouraging to see the Komrem People’s strong contingent in their traditional attires join the Naga Integration Rally.
My heartfelt congratulations to all the participants. I believe that God will surely remember the sacrifices you all have made and reward you in due time.
