The Department of Political Science, St. Joseph University, Dimapur conducted research on the theme ‘Politics and Society Study’ in Dimapur on September 4 and 6. It was conducted on ten (10) sampled areas/colony in Dimapur and the method of interview was used through structured questionnaire design.
The main purpose was to understand the public opinion on the political institutions, governance, gender, identity and electoral choice, a press release from SJU PRO informed.
The survey report was presented on September 18 and 19 at the university auditorium by the ten groups. The faculty in charge J Benjong Ozukum, Asst. Prof and S Keppen, Asst. Prof presided over the presentation and discussion hours on data interpretation and analysis.
