Tuensang, August 17 (MExN): A closing ceremony cum certificate award programme marked the conclusion of three-day skills training programme in Longkhim town, Tuensang on August 11 last. The event was graced by ADC Longkhim, Anoka H Achumi, stated a DIPR report. 

In the keynote address, ADC Achumi urged the trainees to leverage the skills they acquired during the training to bring about positive changes in the district and Subdivision. Emphasising the significance of acquiring new skill sets and vocational training, he stressed their role in equipping individuals with the tools to thrive in today’s competitive world. 

Kezhangulie Kire, President of Glocal Concepts, expressed gratitude to the Tuensang District Administration team led by the Deputy Commissioner for their cooperation and arrangements towards the training. He also acknowledged the approach of NKVIB Chairman, Dr Neiphrezo Keditsu whose efforts have facilitated the provision of life skills training to the remote communities of Nagaland. Resource persons from Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Missions contributed to the training, focusing on rural employment.
