Officials and students during study exposure trip on September 12.
PHEK, SEPTEMBER 12 (MExN): The District Administration and SANKALP-District Hub for Empowerment of Women Mission Shakti, Department of Social Welfare Phek today conducted study exposure trip to Science Laboratory at Phek Government College as part of the ongoing 10- Days Special Awareness Campaign under SANKALP - HEW on women centric themes by involving Adolescent Girls Club members from Kiddies Corner School, Phek
The students were shown various science laboratories including common science laboratory, Zoology, Botany Chemistry and Physics Lab. They were also shown the basics laboratory machines like the incubator, laminar air flow, deep freezer, Telescope, Microscope, microwave oven, centrifuge machines etc and their applications.
Various preserved specimens and slides were also displayed to the students. The students were led by the teachers of Phek Government College. About 35 girl students, teachers and staff of DHEW, Phek attended the study trip.
