DIMAPUR, FEBRUARY 23 (MExN): The second edition of the Jose-Festivporium, organized by the St Joseph University Students’ Council (SJUSC), brought together students, dignitaries, and guests in a vibrant celebration of culture and unity on February 20.

Achumbemo Kikon, MLA and Chairman of the State Development Planning Board (SDPDB), attended as the special guest and underscored the importance of platforms that nurture young talent and promote community harmony. Kikon praised the organizers’ efforts and encouraged students to engage actively in cultural and educational activities.

Tenyisinlo Bukh, President of the All Nagaland College Students’ Union (ANCSU), also addressed attendees, applauding the festival’s display of student talents and encouraging participants to use such events as opportunities for growth and networking.

The festival began with a welcome address by Topika Kiho, President of the SJUSC, who expressed gratitude to guests, faculty, and students for their support in making the event a success. Kiho emphasized the festival’s role in fostering unity, talent, and cultural appreciation.

Highlights of the event included cultural performances featuring folk dances, traditional songs, and war cries, making the festival a spirited celebration of Nagaland’s rich heritage.
