Dimapur, February 20 (MExN): St. Thomas mission society, Dimapur, the parent society of MGOS Church, MGM Hr Sec School and MGM College had organized a felicitation programme for the faculties of Old Theological Seminary, Kottayam, Kerala and St. Thomas Orthodox Theological Seminary, Nagpur on February 5.
As part of Seramapore University convocation programme at Trinity Theological Seminary, Thahekhu, faculties and students of both the seminaries arrived at Dimapur.
On Sunday morning the Holy Communion was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Dr. Bijesh Philip, Principal STOTS, Nagpur, while the sermon was delivered by Rev. Fr. Dr. O. Thomas, Principal OTS, Kottayam. The church vicar Fr. P. S. Varghese welcomed all the guests with floral bouquets.
The senior members along with church secretary and Trustee presented Naga traditional shawl to all the guests. Rev. Fr. Dr. Reji Mathew proposed vote of thanks on behalf of the guests. The programme concluded with a devotional song sung by MGM Hostellers.
