Kohima, December 30 (MExN): St Xavier's Catholic Church Kidima observed Holy Family with rest of the world with Father Rajesh SJ, Eden Garden cum Children's Home, Khuzama, Nagaland, India as maiden Main Celebrant on December 30 at the church premises.
Father Rajesh in the introductory asked the faithful people what they could grow as Holy Family like Jesus, Mary and Joseph? Father appealed the parents to impart for spiritual growth to their children. Father Rajesh said family is loving and caring. The priest also gave thanks to God for the blessing received and asked the grace we need for the year 2019.
Father Rajesh said in the homily, a good family to have compassion, kindness, loveliness, neatness and patience. Respect to elders was the core for family life, he added.
Franciscan Sisters of Saint Mary of the Angels and from different parts of the country joined the sacred ceremony in the daylong feast.
