Kohima, August 25 (MExN): The Senior Treasury Officer (STO) Kohima North Treasury informed all the pensioners drawing pension from Kohima North Treasury that as per CTR 368, the annual physical verification for the current year 2025 will take place from September 9 to 17 at 9:30 AM onwards.
In this connection, STO Limatemsu advised all concerned persons to check their book serial numbers and come for verification on the allotted dates. (See box).
For those pensioners who are unable to come for the physical verification due to bed ridden illness, should submit their home address with contact numbers, whereby an officer will be sent to verify.
There will be no more extension for physical verification beyond the dates as mentioned. Moreover no pension payment from the month of September 2025 will be made available for all physically unverified pensioners.
Documents required for physical verification. PPO Books, Life certificates dully attested and ID card issued by Pensioners Association.
Pensioners or their representative can either print from the website https://treasuries.nagaland.gov.in or collect the life certificate from the treasury during office hours.
