Tuensang, August 17 (MExN): The Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Tuensang & Chairman District Urban Development Agency (DUDA), Ajit Kumar Verma officially inaugurated the street vendors market at Officers Colony in Tuensang Town on August 15.
The street vendors market was constructed by DUDA through SUDA under the scheme 'support to Urban Street Vendors' of the National Urban Livelihood Mission.
The ADC delivering a short speech appreciated the department for the quality work in the constructions. He urged the public to take good care of the asset created so that it will benefit the public and the urban poor which is the targeted population of NULM Scheme.
The programme was chaired by Urban Development Officer & Secretary DUDA Tuensang, Wachusie Katiry and who also highlighted about the project.
At the programme the asset created was formally handed over to the ADC Tuensang who is also the Administrator of TTC.
