Kohima, Mar 25 (MExN): Study Next organised a talk on “Igniting the entrepreneur within: leadership, innovation and the MBA advantage” for final-year students of Model Christian College, Kohima, on March 25.
The programme was inaugurated by Dr Luke Rymbai and moderated by Sandip Saha from Study Next.
Career mentor and skill trainer Ranjan K Baruah, who was the resource person, highlighted the importance of leadership, innovation and the role of management education in shaping future careers.
Encouraging students to explore opportunities, Baruah said, “Students must take advantage of emerging opportunities to build vibrant careers for themselves and also inspire others.”
He also stressed the need for developing entrepreneurial thinking and adaptability in a competitive environment.
The session witnessed active participation from students, with discussions centred on career development and the benefits of pursuing an MBA.
Participation certificates were distributed to all attendees at the end of the programme. The programme was supported by IIBS Bangalore.
