Chümoukedima, August 9 (MExN): The first ever Mister Chümoukedima was held at the Nagaland Bamboo Resource Centre on August 6. Sunep Imsong was declared the winner of Mister Chümoukedima 2022 followed by Watichungba and Sedevi Nagi as 1st and 2nd runners up respectively.
Organised by Meraki Entertainment Nagaland, the contest was a charity event for the Ministry of Riparian Social Welfare Foundation, Chümoukedima, stated a press release received here.
The four sub title winners were as follows: Best Ethnic Wear - Sedevi Nagi; Best Rampwalk - Sunep Imsong; Mr Popularity - Sedevi Nagi; Mr Multimedia - John Kikon.
The host for the event was Ruopfuzhano Whiso while Imnasenla Rachel was the announcer. The event was choreographed by Sanjeev Tamang and show director, Thejakhrienuo Nakhro. Renowned artists like Moko Koza, Tia Longkumer, Beatkings, M Wapang Jamir, Riparian Social Welfare Foundation, Chümoukedima enthralled the audience with their performances.
It was graced by Neithongunuo Rio Achumi as the special guest and Vili G Chophy as the guest of honour. The judges were Lovi Awomi, Narola Jati (The Biker Cop), Sentimeren Pongen and Rosou Rhi. Earlier, Asu Rhakho, Founder and Proprietor, Riparian Social Welfare Foundation, Chümoukedima said the invocation.
