The eclipse of ideology: A condemnation note

The Khulazu Basa Studemnts’ Union (KBSU) has, in its strongest term, deprecated the attempted life abort of Mr. Nuvohu Rhakho, former Union Executive member, at Kohima on June 7, 2012. The Union is pained to scrutinized as to what circumstances oblige the group involved to liquidate the life of an innocent who, in the absences of the departed father, ekes out a living for his family with his hard earned vehicle. Had there been any lapses on the part of the victim, the Union is ever ready to assimilate the ratification furnish by the group involved. Having had no data to legally establish him guilty, to summarily terminate his life, albeit failed, at the expense of his family is undeniably the adherents of nihilistic principle, and therefore must take an exit from sacred national service.

To trigger a gun of vengeance primarily targeted at an innocent life is but to culminate in antithesis where collateral convergence and a basic right to peaceful existence is dearly challenged, heralding the downfall of ethics, and thereby necessarily put normal day-to-day life activities at halt in conundrum. “Cries for anger; lies for power; fighting for nothing is what you were born for’ is the attested explanation to adduce, as was cried by the Bullet For My Valentine against degrading truth. Such attempted execution is directly antipodes to moral standard so as to render their amoralistic stance apropos.

The Union henceforth demanded responsible organization to own the buck and clarify forthwith their uncultured military maneuver to the people as such a wicked crime proved ultra vires to the social standard and established national principles. The union thereby fervently appeals responsible authority to immediately book the culprits and award befitting punishment. The Union further calls upon all right thinking citizens to not only decry such crimes but to stand together to reassert the supremacy of the people, and for reciprocal prosperity. While wishing speedy recovery to the victim, the Union felt disquiet and lamented his committed service had been paid with hate-tainted bullets whose Hericlitean philosophical order have been starkly drowned in hedonism of blood-spillage.
