Do you look at the night sky?
What do they say?
To me they say “You are a human and you will die one day”
And so I dream of having a grand life.
I embrace as much as positive energy in me
And I never forget I am a human.
I am saying this because
When my thoughts collide with people around
Who dream for LAND,
Live for MONEY and
Kill for RELIGION.
I get shattered!
Thousands of divisions are here around
Humans, gender, caste and color
And thousand more but don’t a word you utter.
Going to jail is very easy for people like us you see
It took 7 years for rapists to die
But you and me won’t take 7 seconds to say bye.
So here in this world there’s a secret I will tell
Follow it well or you will die in jail’s hell.
Here is freedom of speech but no freedom after that,
Freedom of rape but no rap against big moustache,
Freedom to walk but not to talk,
Freedom to rise but not for right,
Rule to unite but freedom to fight.
From statue of liberty to statue of unity stand here
But all these rules are dreams we wave.
Secular countries for name’s sake
But Shh! Don’t say it’s fake.
People have died and are still dying for unity,
Religion is far, do people of different classes together drink tea?
Thousands of divisions are here around
Humans, gender, caste and color,
But don’t a word you utter.
