KOHIMA, OCTOBER 12 (MExN): The Search Committee appointed by the Association of Kohima Municipal Wards Council (AKMWC) has recommended a new team of office bearers for the 2025-2030 tenure after several rounds of meetings and consultations with nearly all the 19 Ward Chairmen.
The committee, ensuring representation and balance across the wards, nominated the following office bearers: President – Thejao Sekhose (Ward-3); Vice Presidents – Duzoho Tunyi (Ward-11) and Peter Rengma (Ward-17); General Secretary – Hukato Chishi (Ward-18); Joint Secretary – Diethonguzo Miachieo (Ward-2); Publicity and Information Secretary – Khotuo Belho (Ward-15); Finance Secretary – Shivito Wotsa (Ward-13); and Treasurer – Khrielakuo Sekhose (Ward-10).
