DIMAPUR OCT 6 (MExN): The 4-day long Theological Teachers Intensive Orientation on HIV/AIDS on approved Course Syllabus concluded successfully on September 30 at Dimapur. Out of the existing 22 Bible Colleges, altogether 20 attended the Orientation.
This was informed through a reference issued by Reverend Dr Shiwoto Sumi, Chairman and Reverend Thebemo Yanthan, Secretary DD HIV/AIDS SC. Members of the DD HIV/AIDS SC expressed their gratitude to V Hekali Zhimomi, IAS DC Dimapur and Chairperson of the Dimapur District AIDS Control Committee (DDACC) for her active role in bringing all the theological Colleges in Dimapur with a specific Course Syllabus on HIV/AIDS for theological colleges and Seminaries in Dimapur.
It also expressed gratefulness to resource persons Dr Vizolie, Deputy Director, NSACS, Dr Mhabemo Ovung, Dr Lima, Dr Imotemsu and Alemla for showing concern and extending assistance in various ways to the Orientation. Crediting God almighty for the success of the occasion, the organization also appreciated all the participants stating that it had benefited the DD HIV/AIDS SC to a large extend.
