I much appreciated to know our Higher & Technical Education Minister, Govt. Of Nagaland Temjen Imna Along Longkumer donated his 15 monthly salaries to all 15 Government Colleges of Nagaland one by one gradually in every month. It is not only generous contributions to the colleges, but it is one definition of dedication and sacrificing nature of human being. It is one example of dedication and sacrificing nature for uplift of Nagas societies. We have been looking in whole societies of country the human being having mad to earn money in any way without understand it is wrong or right. Education learns how to maintain honest and ideal behaviours. Honest and Ideal behaviours of any human being motivate to youth. Youth is the better future of societies, state, country and whole world. Better future of state and country are depend on better development with a good working culture or a good governance by human being authorities. Now-a-days my feeling Nagaland is in changing mode. I am one social worker and working in the field of education. Importance of motivation in education naturally develops the behaviours of learners. It is the definition of real education. Now-a-days many youth, officers, employees and also ministers in our lovely Nagaland state are working hard. Many examples are coming to look. When I was in class VIII, I read one chapter title “Which asserts that God” in rapid readers. I inspired from that chapter to learn how to give not take. As the Minister decision to donate monthly salaries has inspired me much. Indeed he is hearty nearest with “Which asserts that God”. God always blessed him to do dedicated works for uplift the societies of Nagaland. I salute him.
