Three Church officials ordained as Reverends

 

DIMAPUR, MARCH 6 (MExN): Three Church officials belonging to Dimapur Ao Baptist Arogo (DABA) were ordained as Reverends on Sunday during a special ordination programme held at DABA Main Church, Dimapur. Those who were ordained included T. Narola, Secretary, Women Department of Nagaland Baptist Church Council (NBCC), Kika Jamir, Associate Pastor, DABA and I. Wati Associate Pastor, DABA. The ordination was conducted by Rev Dr Imti in the presence of family members, DABA Pastor, congregation and delegates from Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM). NBCC General Secretary Rev. Anjo Keijung along with other officials also attended Sunday’s programme, which was chaired by Rev I. Zulu Jamir while Rev P. Anung was the main speaker.
The three ordained Reverends also spoke about their personal testimonies. T. Narola, Secretary, Women Department, NBCC is the daughter of Mrs & Mrs Rongsenkaba and hails from Yimjenkimong village. Kika Jamir Associate Pastor at DABA is the son of Mrs & Mrs Jongmalemba and belongs to Chuchuyimlang village. I. Wati Associate Pastor DABA is the son of Mr & Mrs Kikanukshi and belongs to Akhoya village. It may be mentioned that the three were ordained following an intensive process undertaken by the ordination council members, which had senior and imminent Reverends from the Ao Churches.
