Meluri, March 24 (MExN): The closing programme of the training on basic steel fabrication concluded at Town Hall, Meluri on March 24.
Advisor for New & Renewable Energy and Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority, Z Nyusietho Nyuthe, said that training alone is often ineffective if it does not bring about a change in on-the-job behaviour, stated a DIPR report.
“Effort, time, and potential opportunities for advancement are lost if knowledge is not converted into action,” he added. He encouraged reliance on self-skilling rather than government jobs, noting that this shift is increasingly seen as a more sustainable career model in today’s world. “Without effort and application, potential remains a silent, undeveloped dream,” he noted.
The programme featured experience-sharing by the trainees and the distribution of certificates and toolkits. Officer-in-Charge, I.T.I. Phek, Kezhaleo Medon, delivered the vote of thanks. Rev Tivisie Pojar, Pastor, Baptist Church Meluri Town, pronounced the benediction. The programme was chaired by Kulo Kezo, D.E.O Phek.
