Mokokchung, December 7 (MExN): Training on HIV & AIDS (P&C) Act 2017 with District administration, officials of all the Offices, and members from the community-based Organization (CBOS) organized by District AIDS Prevention Control Unit (DAPCU) Mokokchung was held at Deputy Commissioner Conference Hall, Mokokchung on December 6.
The Training is sponsored by the NSACS, stated a DIPR report.
During the training, WV Patton Chief Judicial Magistrate Mokokchung & Secretary Mokokchung District Legal Services Association (DLSA) delivered a PowerPoint presentation on the salient features of the HIV & AIDS (P&C) Act, 2017, Roles & Responsibilities of Ombudsman and Complaint Officers. The keynote address on the training was delivered by Makshi Jamir, DPO DAPCU.
The training was attended by ADC Mokokchung, Administrative officers, officials from various Departments, and members of civil societies.
