Mon, September 27 (DIPR): Training programme for Preraks and Co-ordinators under Saakshar Bharat Programme organised by SRC Tripura in collaboration with State Literacy Mission Authority, Nagaland was held at Deputy Commissioner’s conference hall, Mon. The training is for three days from September 27 to 29.
The resource person of the training programme includes Swapan Chandra Paul Senior Programme Co-ordinator SRC, Tripura and Tuhin Mitra, Programme Co-ordinator, SRC Tripura. The Resource person will impart training to the Preraks and District Co-ordinators on topics like ‘effective teaching methods in literacy classes’, ‘environment building and mobilization’, ‘maintenance of records & reporting’ etc.
Earlier DEO Mon, Chubaienla Jamir gave a short introductory speech and welcomed the resource person and all the trainees. All together there are around 50 trainees which includes 2 Preraks from 20 Adult Education Centre (AEC) Mon block, 6 Supervisors AEC, 6 District Co-ordinators and District Co-ordinators engaged by the SRC, Tripura.
