‘BJP govt seriously concern for development of NE region’
Rajya Sabha MP Sameer Oraon, National president ST Morcha gracing the occasion as the special guest said Modi-led BJP government is seriously concern for the welfare and development of the North East Region to put it at par with the rest of the world.

Maintaining that Modi has brought about several programmes for the development of all the states and to the uplift of the poor, he said Nagaland being a tribal state, all the BJP karyakartas should make effort to take forward the programme and schemes of Modi government.

The country is changing where Nagaland is not left behind under the Aatmanirbhar Bharat of the Modi government, he said.
He said that the Prime Minister has planned programmes for the tribal community in the country such as Van Dhan Vikas Kendra (value addition of forest products) and Eklavya Model residential School.

This is not the end but continuation and follow up measures would be initiated, Oraon asserted.

Meanwhile, Oraon expressed hope that the support and acceptance of the BJP in Nagaland will increase with the programme and schemes reaching the actual beneficiaries at the grass-root level.

Nagaland BJP President and Higher Education and Tribal  Affairs, Minister, Temjen Imna Along described Modi as a tall leader with visionary strategies to build India into a strong and developed nation that brings together 130 crore people through good governance.

He said the Nation under Modi has been enveloped with good governance that had never happened ever since Independence.

There are many political parties in the state and country but it is a proud moment to be a worker of BJP, he said adding the propagandas and misleading statements by opposition parties won’t be able to discourage the hearts of BJP to work for the people with new vision, new dream, strategies and new set up that brings organizations into service, he said.

The bridge to fill the gap between mainland and NE including Nagaland has been made functional during eight years of Modi government, Along said.

Abhay Giri, organizational general secretary, incharge of Manipur and Nagaland also spoke on the occasion and shared the commitment of the PM to develop and take NE forward.
