Tuensang DPDB reviews departmental activities, urges officers to stay in station

Tuensang, February 8 (MExN): The District Planning and Development Board (DPDB), Tuensang, held its monthly meeting on February 7 at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall, Tuensang, under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner and Vice Chairman DPDB, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa.

After reviewing the minutes of the previous meeting, the house discussed and recommended Agape Women Society for registration. A PowerPoint presentation on departmental activities was presented by the Chief Medical Officer, Tuensang.

The deputy commissioner thanked all departments for their active participation and the successful completion of Republic Day celebrations in the district.

The chairman requested the Heads of Offices (HoOs) in the district to remain present at their stations to serve public needs. She also asked departments to submit the incumbency list of their staff, which had already been dispatched to the respective departments.

Further, the deputy commissioner requested members to contribute a suitable amount towards providing nutritional support to tuberculosis patients in the district under the Nikshay Mitra initiative.

During the meeting, the house welcomed Dr Akash Sinha, IPS, SDPO, DEF Tuensang, and Rose Ngullie, DEO, Tuensang, as new members.
