The 54th sports meet 2025 of the Tsiesema Village Youth & Sports Association (TVYSA) commenced on December 27 at Tsiesema playground in Kohima district.
The opening ceremony was graced by Mhasimhalie Mathew Yhome, president Kohima District Football Association and vice president Kohima Village Youth Organization.
In Naga wrestling event, Kevizekho Mere emerged the champion title while Khriekeshu Yhor, Neihelie Yhor and Kevilhoulie Khrabvii bagged 2nd, 3rd and 4th position respectively.
In Under 15 category, Keviletuo Khro won the 1st position while Ketouphrezo Khro and Diezetuo Chietsii stood 2nd and 3rd position respectively.
The opening ceremony was chaired by TVYSA advisor Kezevilhou Khro while welcome address was delivered by TVYSA president Savilie Yhor.
Village council chairman Khrielezo Khro shared greetings.
TVYSA games secretary Sedevi Khrabvii administered oath to the participants.
The meet will continue till December 30.
