The yet to be completed Dimapur bypass 4-lane (Khatkhati- Seithekema) became a venue for another accident on July 4. This time, it was a scooty with two riders on board. As per reports, the mishap happened on a paved segment near Khughovi. The two-wheeler reportedly lost control, causing the accident. The police informed that the riders survived with injuries and were admitted to the CIHSR, where their condition was said to be stable.
