OSTD Academic Excellence Award 2025 was held in Dimapur on August 2.
Dimapur, August 2 (MExN): Ongpangkong Senso Telongjem Dimapur (OSTD), Academic Excellence Award 2025, was held at Don Bosco Institute for Development and Leadership Hall (DBIDL), Don Bosco, Dimapur on August 2.
A press release received here stated that OSTD Academic Excellence award aims to recognize and reward distinguished academic achievement of students with cash reward of Rs 30,000 along with certificate further motivating them to continue to strive for excellence in their future endeavours.
The awards were presented to Mechali Longkumer and Imliyanger Jamir for securing Top 8 and 13 respectively in NBSE, High School Leaving Certificate Examination 2025.
The programme was graced by the presence of Imlimeren Jamir, IRS, Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Jorhat. The programme started with a prayer by Rev Wati Kichu, Assoc Pastor, DABA, Words of gratitude was delivered by. Benjongtoshi, President OSTD. Mefutiba, Convenor OSTD Academic Award Trust delivered a short challenge along with vote of thanks. The awardees each gave a short speech and Repasosoang presented a indigenous special number.
The programme was chaired by Meyisangla Jamir while Nungshimeren Jamir, Secretary OSTD pronounced the benediction.
