Niuland, August 20 (MExN): A one-day Enterprise (UDYAM) & Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) Registration drive was held at Niuland Town Council Hall on August 19. A DIPR report stated that the Department of Industries & Commerce in association with Nagaland Industrial Development Corporation Limited under Raising & Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme organised the programme. A total of 80 participants attended the registration drive, out of which 60 entrepreneurs were registered for UDYAM and 20 Food related businesses applied for the FSSAI registration.Itsato Zhimomi, Functional Manger delivered the keynote address while RAMP team Niuland highlighted the purpose and benefits of UDYAM & FSSAI. Thereafter, the official assisted the participants in registration of UDYAM & FSSAI with the help of kiosks set at the venue.
