Dimapur, December 8 (MExN): The Vungoju Colony Youth Forum has strongly condemned the attempted murder and physical torture meted out on one Achambemo at his own residence at Vungoju colony on December 7 at around 5:30 pm by a group of disgruntle youth from Pongidong village numbering around 20.
“Whatever be the reason behind the attack the Youth Forum strongly denounce the barbaric act exhibited by the disgruntle youth within the jurisdiction of Vungoju colony thus by creating a fear atmosphere not only to the victim family members but to all the residents of Vungoju colony when everyone are in a joyous mood,” stated a press note issued by the VCYF president Elithung Kikion and general secretary Yanyithung Ezung.
Further, the Colony Youth Forum warned that anyone who disrupts the peaceful environment that the colony has will be not be tolerated.
