New Delhi, August 30 (MExN): EducationUSA, the official source of information about US higher education, will hold US University Virtual Fairs 2022 on September 3 and 10.
For students seeking Master’s or PhD programmes, the fair is scheduled on September 3 from 6-9pm while for the Undergraduate programmes, it will be organised on September 10.
The fairs will provide an online platform for students and their parents to interact with more than 100 accredited US universities and colleges, informed a press release from the organiser.
The event is completely free, but registration is required, it further informed, adding that the participating institutions offer a range of academic programmes at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels throughout the United States.
The discussions with US universities, EducationUSA advisers, and US Embassy representatives will help students make informed choices about higher education, learn about student visa application process, and understand several other aspects of studying and living in the United States, the release said,
US Embassy Chargé d’Affaires Patricia Lacina has further urged students to explore the diversity of US study opportunities at the fairs and said that the US “welcomes Indian students” and value their contributions to campuses and communities.
Executive Director of the United States-India Educational Foundation Adam Grotsky also noted that “EducationUSA India is committed to providing easy access to information about US higher education through our many online resources, such as our upcoming virtual fairs.”

EducationUSA, the release said, is the official source of information about US higher education and a member of the US Department of State’s network of over 430 international student advising centers worldwide.
