The undersigned on behalf of the New Peren Village and the citizenry of Peren District would like to once again remind all the people concern both at the Government and social set up that New District Hq. Site Peren District is being developed for the people of the District keeping in mind the futuristic advantages of the people. But is sad to note that forest and its product within the limits of the District is rampantly being destroyed by unscrupulous people for their vested self interest.
It is therefore reminded once again to all concern that inaction of the Government towards the effect should not be considered Jungle law and treat this notification as final and binding.
The machinery of the government what has remained a mute spectator to the events this far therefore the New Peren Village land and natural resources protection committee user all rights and claims whatsoever any quarter claims and reserves the right to levy tare on all forest products within its ancestral territorial limits with or without the permission of the inactive government.
All issues in regards to this shall be solely referred to the jurisdiction of New Peren Village beyond which no authority of mediation shall be entertained.
