Longkhim, April 26 (MExN): The Ward Congress Committee (WCC) Treasury Inauguration Programme was held at Longkhim town on April 22, with participation from local party leaders and workers.
The programme took place at the residence of Thsalongse under 52 A/C Longkhim and began at 10 am.
It was chaired by Sethrongli, General Secretary of the Congress Youth Wing Longkhim, and Chili, President of the Congress Youth Wing Longkhim. Liose, WCC Advisor, offered the opening prayer, while Lithrise, President of WCC Longkhim Town, delivered the welcome address. The inauguration prayer was led by Serichem, WCC Advisor.
Short speeches were delivered by Chotsase, District Congress Committee (DCC) President; Rangkha, PCC Member of 52 A/C LKM-Chare; and Sekhamong, President of 52 A/C LKM-Chare.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Thsatingla, Mahila Congress President, Longkhim Town, while Kipichem, AYCC General Secretary, pronounced the benediction.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation and reaffirmed the party’s commitment to strengthening its grassroots organisational structure.
