DIMAPUR, SEPTEMBER 5 (MExN): A joint delegation of the Western Sümi Hoho (WSH), Western Sümi Kukami Hoho (WSKH) and Western Sümi Totimi Hoho (WSTH) called on the newly appointed Commissioner of Police, Aotula T Imchen, IPS, at her office.
The Hoho bodies extended a warm welcome to Imchen on her assumption of office as Commissioner of Police of Dimapur, Niuland and Chümoukedima Commissionerate. Acknowledging the significance of her appointment, the delegation expressed confidence that under her leadership, the Commissionerate would witness strengthened law enforcement, enhanced public confidence in policing, and consolidated peace and security across the districts.
Reiterating their commitment, the Hohos assured full cooperation of the community to the Police Department in matters relating to law and order, public welfare and peaceful coexistence. They also affirmed their readiness to collaborate in curbing anti-social activities, addressing social issues and guiding the younger generation towards constructive pursuits.
