Call me a cynic or whatever but am going ahead and type down my thoughts. I might get a bullet in the head for being blunt but i'll die with my boots on.
Where are the Naga Leaders? I see none! There is dearth of Naga leaders in Nagaland. I am even questioning myself what a leader is. Both Overground and Underground leaders are non-existent. Do you see any leader around? Take a look. No! There are no more leaders in Nagaland.
Politicians : They come to office amass wealth and go. The money meant to repair the roads are being used to buy acres of land. The money meant to repair a govt. school is being siphoned off and used to buy expensive cars. The money meant to maintain a district hospital is used to build a Palace of a home. We the stupid voters keeps voting them to power the same leaders again and again. Come 2018, i don't know whom should i vote for. Every last bit of them is corrupt. I see no one whom i can vote to power to change my locality's road. Why are they so selfish? Aren't we supposed to be Christians rooted to the Bible? What is so wrong with our politicians? NPG Leaders: Their hunger for power and wealth is insatiable.
They intimidate and extort money and there is power scuffle on the top. With the money “taxed" which should be used for sustaining our freedom movement they are converting it into swanky cars and houses. Why don't they come to a realization that they are making a mockery of our freedom movement. Why don't they come to a realization that Young Naga youth of today are disillusioned with the freedom movement because of their greed. If they come under one umbrella and stop extorting, i will gladly join the freedom movement. Wake up NPG leaders!!!! Whom do you expect us to follow? You? No way in these circumstances! Now define leadership to us please. I am penning down the thoughts of Lakhs of frustrated and disillusioned Nagas especially the youth. Where are the leaders?
