WOKHA, SEPTEMBER 12 (MExN): The Wokha District Administration convened a coordination meeting at the DC’s Conference Hall on September 11 to deliberate on the integration of departmental schemes and services into an upcoming AI-powered Virtual Assistant (chatbot) system.

The initiative aims to promote e-Governance and ensure seamless access to government services through digital platforms. Officials from various departments discussed the inclusion of department-specific services to make the chatbot more citizen-friendly.

The system, once implemented, is expected to improve transparency, efficiency, and delivery of real-time information for citizens in the district.
