Wokha Police have arrested one person for sexually assaulting a 13 year old girl multiple times. The accused is a 52-year-old man, and a 4th Grade employee at a school, where the victim is also enrolled. Upon learning of the incident, the victim's family immediately lodged an FIR, leading to the registration of an FIR at Sungro Police Station. The victim is currently receiving medical treatment, and her condition is being closely monitored. Vitoshe K Sumi, Additional SP of Wokha, informed that the accused has been taken into police custody.
According to the FIR, the incident came to light on February 3, following which the FIR was filed. Based on the FIR, the accused was apprehended and is currently in custody.
