Kohima February 17 (MExN): A women seminar on “Towards a new horizon”, with special emphasize on legal rights of women, importance of girl Childs’ education, women & health and empowerment of women, organized by Nagaland women commission will be held from February 18- 25 at Phghoboto and Tuli respectively from 10.00 am onwards. Five delegates of women church leader, women representative of VDB, one anganwadi, one village ASHA worker and either chairman or head GB of the village are invited for the seminar.
