Phek, September 16 (MExN): Research and Seminar Committee, Phek Government College organised one day workshop on Entrepreneurship in collaboration with the Department of Industry and Commerce, Phek on September 15 at Phek Government College.
The resource persons were Temjenmeren Jamir, Assistant Professor who spoke on the role, characteristics and functions of an entrepreneur.
He enlightened the participants on the various entrepreneurial opportunities in Nagaland and encouraged them to venture out as innovators and contributors.
Later, Chubamaong, General Manager, Department of Industry and Commerce, Phek gave an introduction on the various departmental activities and accentuated on subsidy programmes and projects available under the department.
The program was chaired by Limasenla Jamir, Assistant Professor, and keynote address by Dr Koktiba, Convenor of Research and Seminar Committee.
Meanwhile the Botany department published a book on 'The Edible Green Leaves of Phek' released by Besengulie Venuh, Vice Principal, PGC.
