CHÜMOUKEDIMA, JULY 5 (MExN): The Women Entrepreneurs Network Nagaland (WENN) in collaboration with the Department of Industries & Commerce (DIC), conducted a workshop on business governance for women entrepreneurs on July 5.
The workshop under the theme ‘Year of Business Governance’ was titled ‘Importance of Regulatory Business Compliances & Documentation’ and conducted at Conference Hall, MSME - DFO, 6th Mile, Chümoukedima, a press release said.
Around 40 women entrepreneurs from various fields attended the workshop which included various speakers and subject experts from WENN and DIC.
A host of aspects were covered in the workshop like Regulatory Business Compliances, Trade License, UDYAM & FSSAI Registration and PMFME Scheme.
This was aimed at spreading awareness on mandatory business regulations as well as information on various Govt policies for women entrepreneurs of Dimapur, Chümoukedima and Niuland districts.
It is part of a series of workshops planned in several districts of Nagaland by WENN on the theme ‘Year of Business Governance’ to empower women entrepreneurs, the press release stated.
