Dimapur, August 11 (MExN): Can Youth, in collaboration with South Asia Governance and Compliance Centre (SAGCC), will be organising a one-day workshop on legal compliance and financial management for NGOs, NPOs, Enterprise and Charitable Organisations on August 19 at the conference hall, Hotel Acacia, Dimapur, from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The workshop will feature Puran Jha, CEO of SAGCC and a seasoned Financial Management & Legal Compliance Advisor with over 17 years of experience in the field. Participants will benefit from his expertise in navigating the complex legal and financial frameworks that govern non-profit organisations. Key topics to be covered include: Overview of Income Tax Compliance, Critical Aspects of FCRA, Recent Changes under FCRA and Income Tax Laws, Understanding 12A & 80G rules, and other essential legal and financial issues relevant to the non-profit sector.
